Bridget Sampson

Bridget Sampson has designed and delivered cutting-edge professional development programs for Fortune 500 companies and universities internationally and across the U.S. for more than 20 years. Bridget’s areas of expertise include professional communication, presentation skills, executive coaching, leadership, team building, managing change, conflict resolution, intercultural communication, and mentoring.

Her approach is to be thoroughly prepared yet fully present in the moment with each group, in order to respond to their unique needs and concerns. Bridget is able to put even the most reluctant participant at ease, and to shed light on the value and applicability of the lessons offered in the programs she presents. Bridget’s passion for facilitating learning has led to participation in a variety of highly successful management development initiatives for clients, including Google, Mattel, WellPoint, and Miller Brewing Company. In addition to leading workshops and individual coaching, Bridget provides keynote speaker services.

Bridget has a Master’s in Communication Studies and is certified in the True Colors personality identification system, which increases understanding and collaboration and prevents conflict between team members.

She has served on the faculty of California State University Northridge for 24 years, offering real world experience to students and helping them connect theory with practice. She teaches Organizational Communication, Advanced Public Speaking, Intercultural Communication, and Interpersonal Communication. Bridget was honored to be the 2012 recipient of the Don Dorsey Excellence in Mentoring Award, presented by the Educational Opportunity Program.
