Kathleen (KC) Cannon
KC’s passion to help leaders drive change and enhance their own contribution marks her coaching and consulting in Silicon Valley. KC is experienced at guiding high potential leaders to align talent and aspirations with organizational goals.
KC has international experience working with global companies in Asia, Europe, Canada and the United States. She is known for bringing creativity, innovation, and energy to facilitate individual and organizational effectiveness.
Before founding her own coaching and consulting practice, KC was Vice President of Mainstream Access in Toronto, Canada, a national consulting firm focused on career and organizational renewal. KC specialized in consulting with leadership teams to shape vision, values and strategy around change initiatives. In addition, KC held HR leadership roles at Barclays Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
KC led the Program and Innovation Team at The Career Action Center, a nationally recognized leader in career development, where she consulted to Silicon Valley organizations companies such as Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, and Visa International. She partnered with Keio University in Japan to establish a career center based on the CAC model.
KC holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University. Certifications: Birkman, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Values Technology Audit, The Visual 360°, the PDI 360 and Managing Organizational Transition by William Bridges.
Clients include: Align Technology (invisalign), Genentech, Adobe, SanDisk, Cadence, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Wells Fargo Bank, Eli Lilly, Cell Bio, Stanford University, and Oracle. In the nonprofit sector, KC coaches and conducts Leadership Training for the CEO and Leadership Team of Second Harvest Food Bank. She also co-founded a 501c3 nonprofit to build and support an orphanage in Tanzania.
