Paul Zonneveld
Paul is an experienced executive coach and facilitator of leadership and culture integration, with more than 25 years of international business expertise. Starting his career as a physical therapist gave Paul a unique perspective on the effect and effectiveness of the body and its physiological processes, especially the processes that support change and transformation of the body-mind-emotion system. This, combined with the latest insights and cutting-edge human behavioral, learning and transformation technology, creates his unique and integrated approach, with proven effectiveness for athletes, employees, leaders, management teams and customers.
Paul built his corporate career holding several positions in sales, country sales management, business to business, business development, and management. Serving as a member of Kimberly-Clark Health Care Europe’s management team, he was responsible for two business areas: As European manager business-to-business, working with Europe’s leading medical companies, he was responsible for annual sales of € 25 mil. As European manager for the Learning and Development initiative, Paul built training and development programs for the European team as well as executive leadership development for the top 20 leaders.
This re-lit his passion for developing people both in organizations and as individuals, unleashing and gaining full access to their potential, and Paul created his own company to allow him the opportunity to share his experience and knowledge. Paul resides in the Netherlands and works globally.
