Trish Silber
Trish Silber is an East Coast associate of Catalyst and president of Aliniad Consulting Partners, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm focused on strategy, leadership and change. She works with a select group of clients in three key areas: Coaching executives; leading strategic alignment, culture change, or organization redesign efforts; and designing and leading corporate learning in leadership, productive reasoning and communication skills.
Trish has more than 25 years of experience with organizations facing rapid changes in technology, markets, strategy, and leadership. Her consulting process is nimble, integrating leading-edge research in fields such as systems thinking and complexity science with creative design and the realities of her clients’ circumstances. In coaching, Trish builds a candid and trusting context in which executives can address critical challenges, and asks powerful questions that shift a client’s perspective and open possibilities.
Before Aliniad, Trish was a senior partner with Catalyst Consulting Team for 14 years; prior to Catalyst, she held human resources positions at Apple. Her clients include AARP, Assoc. of American Medical Colleges, Center for a New American Dream, Conservation International, Lockheed Martin, Merck, NASA Goddard, Nature Conservancy, T. Rowe Price Assoc., and Smithsonian’s National Zoological Park.
Trish holds a Masters in business, University of Santa Clara; a BA in behavioral psychology, Connecticut College. She did graduate work in organizational behavior at George Washington University, and was faculty for their graduate program on leadership coaching, 2001-2006. She has numerous certifications in human resources, OD, and coaching. She is certified as an advanced mediator by the Center for Dispute Settlement, and in coaching through Newfield Network’s CPPM and graduate programs. Trish calls Maryland home.
